Every vulcanization workshop should have a balancer, the task of which is to find the place causing the wheel runout. There are several models of devices dedicated to passenger cars and light vans available in Nortec Pro. Our wheel balancers measure with a very high degree of accuracy. They may have, among others active protective hood, laser pointer for weight positioning, as well as the function of automatic braking or quick optimization.
Another device constituting the basic equipment of the vulcanization workshop is the tire and rim changer. Our offer includes models with a pneumatic arm dedicated to passenger cars and vans, as well as electro-hydraulic ones, intended for servicing trucks, buses, agricultural and construction machines. The first of them were made of solid profiles resistant to mechanical damage. Some of the models have the option of installing an additional arm or an automatic head. Electro-hydraulic tire changer for removing and putting on rims and tires has, among others, Self-centering 4-jaw chuck, two rotation speeds of the gripper and a specially profiled hammer plate.
